International Yarn Bomb Day 2013

Hi Everyone!!

There will not be an episode this week - it has been a little crazy, but in a good way! Yesterday, the Cosmic Knittas got together for another planning meeting for International Yarn Bombing Day to continue sorting through all of the beautiful knitted and crocheted items that you have sent to us from around the world.  We will be installing everything on Friday, June 7th.  Yes, technically IYBD is the 8th, but we all had obligations on Saturday, so IYBD will be celebrated in Newtown a day early.  We have permission to use the area where the main installation will be and it can stay up for two weeks.  If you are local and would like to help on the 7th, please get in touch with one of us and we'll give you the details of where (although if you follow either the Cosmic Knittas or me on Twitter, you might already know ;-) )

If you are not local, be sure to follow along online to check out our progress.  We are very excited and cannot wait to share all the color, cheer and love stitched in these items with the people of Newtown!

30 Day Sweater - Raglan Increases Tutorial
